We do not take responsibility for damage to your home and we work hard to prevent it. By scheduling our services, you agree to not pursue legal action or reimbursement for any damages that happened to your property while in the care of this company, and you must sign a disclosure stating you understand this agreement. Your current homeowners insurance must be presented on the date of signing your service agreement showing that your home is properly covered in the event of any damage.
